~ Doom Land ~ Tower of Doom Challenge: Terms and Conditions ~
Effective Date: 04/30/2025
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Doom Land ~ Tower of Doom Challenge ("Challenge") hosted by Infinitum Entertainment LLC, CurseForge, & Overwolf. By entering, participants agree to comply with these Terms in full.
~ 1. Challenge Overview ~
Objective:
Complete a single uninterrupted run through the "Doom Land" dungeons “Tower of Doom”—starting from the entrance, navigating to the Tower of Doom & through the jumping puzzle, looting all 30 treasure chests within & along the run to the top of the Tower of Doom, and then completing the ride at the top—without dying or reloading from a save-game. An in-game quest will automatically begin when the player approaches the Tower of Doom, tracking how many chests have been opened. The quest directs the player to the Ride after all 30 chests are looted, and it concludes once the Ride is completed.
~ 2. Prizes ~
● First Streamer to Complete the Run: $1,000
● Second Streamer to Complete the Run: $500
● Third Streamer to Complete the Run: $500
All prizes are awarded in USD and may be subject to local tax regulations. The winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes or fees on their winnings. Winners of prizes valued over $600 (USD) will be required to complete a Form W-9 or Form W-8BEN prior to prize disbursement, in compliance with U.S. tax law. Prize recipients who submit a valid W-9 and reside in the United States will also be issued a Form 1099-MISC by Infinitum Entertainment LLC for the applicable tax year, in accordance with IRS regulations. If the required tax forms are not received within 14 calendar days of notification, the winner may be disqualified, and the prize forfeited at the organizers’ discretion. Winners will be contacted via the information provided on their Twitch or designated contact method.
The total prize pool of $2,000 is jointly funded by Infinitum Entertainment LLC ($1,500) and CurseForge/Overwolf ($500).
~ 3. Eligibility ~
To participate, entrants must:
● Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission.
● Own a legal copy of the game “Hogwarts Legacy” on PC/Steam Platform.
● Have an active Twitch account with public streaming history.
● Be able to receive payments via PayPal.
This Challenge is void where prohibited.
~ 4. Entry & Run Requirements ~
To qualify:
A. No Additional Mods:
Only the "Doom Land" mod may be active. Entrants must show the mod loader/screen before launching their save, proving no other mods are active.
B. No Save Reloads or Deaths:
If the player dies or reloads a save during the run, the attempt is disqualified. The run must begin anew from the start.
C. Start & End Points:
The run must:
○ Start outside the entrance to the Doom Land Dungeon.
○ End at the bottom of the Ride, which begins at the top of the Tower of Doom.
An in-game quest will automatically activate when the player approaches the Tower of Doom. This quest tracks the number of treasure chests opened. The quest must remain active and unmodified throughout the run. The challenge is considered successfully completed only when:
● All 30 treasure chests have been opened (as confirmed by the quest tracker), and
● The player reaches the end of the Ride, triggering quest completion.
The in-game quest log and chest counter will be used as part of verification. Players must ensure that this information is visible during their run to assist with judging and authenticity confirmation. Failure to trigger, complete, or show the completion of the in-game quest will result in disqualification.
~ 5. Livestream & Recording Requirements ~
To qualify, the full run must meet the following:
● Livestreamed on Twitch in real-time. Pre-recorded or edited runs are not permitted.
● Publicly viewable both during the livestream and afterward as a saved Twitch VOD
(Video on Demand).
● The Twitch VOD must display the platform’s built-in date and time markers on the playback page.
● Any run without visible, verifiable Twitch timestamps will be disqualified without exception.
● Entrants must retain a full local or downloadable recording of the successful run.
● A copy of the completed run must be submitted to the Contest Sponsors upon request or at the time of prize claim for verification and archival purposes.

Settings > Stream > VOD Settings > Store past broadcasts .

● Winners will be determined based on the chronological order of successful and verified livestreamed completions.
● Challenge organizers reserve the right to review submitted runs and disqualify attempts for rule violations, technical tampering, exploiting, or dishonesty.
● The Twitch VOD must remain publicly accessible until judging is complete and winners are officially confirmed. Any removal or privatization of the VOD prior to review may result in disqualification.
● Organizer review and verification may take up to 5 business days from the time a run is submitted. Completion order will be determined based on the VOD's timestamp and confirmed quest completion, not when the run was first livestreamed.
● In the event of a timestamp conflict or simultaneous completions, the order of winning submissions will be determined at the organizers' sole discretion based on timestamp precision, run clarity, and available proof of compliance.
● Participants must notify the organizers within 24 hours of completing a valid run by submitting a link to the Twitch VOD and confirming their contact method for prize eligibility. Failure to do so may result in disqualification or delayed consideration.
